One of the best pieces of advice I ever heard regarding less actually being more came from a member of my Toastmasters club. I joined the club to become a better public speaker. He said, “Nobody is as interested in what you have to say as you are in saying it. Always leave them wanted more instead of wondering when you will be done talking.”
The less I say, the more others hear me.
